Sure, the hotel was somewhat clean but my 'Standard Queen Room' had awful soundproofing, I could hear everything! Even worse, I arrived expecting a room upgrade, but apparently those privileges are just for the 'other guests'. Parking was a disaster, barely enough for my trailer. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

the owners were super friendly, helping us get checked in quickly, and we loved how easy it was to explore nearby attractions like the Museum @ Black Hills Institute just a short walk away and Chute Roosters where we enjoyed a great meal.

The clean rooms offered a comfortable retreat.

The absence of a nearby breakfast option was disappointing as I hoped to start my day without venturing too far. Parking was another concern. The available space was limited and poorly suited for larger vehicles.

Families will find this place fantastic

The inn keepers took a genuine interest in our stay, chatting with us over breakfast and sharing local tips. I really appreciated the wooden map on the wall with pins marking where guests came from, it.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.
